8.9 To qualify for a standard withdrawal, players must first wager 100% of their deposited funds. If you choose to withdraw without meeting this wagering requirement, a fee of 10% plus 10 USD will be applied. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect the platform from fraudulent activities.
8.10 Please note that there is a daily withdrawal limit of 50,000 USD.
9.1 If you notice that funds have been credited to your account by mistake, you must inform the company right away. Any winnings resulting from such an error are considered void, and the original stakes will be returned to you, regardless of how much time has passed since the mistake occurred.
9.2 Deposits must be used exclusively for betting, poker, casino games, or financial wagering. If the company suspects that funds were deposited for any other purpose—particularly in cases of suspected fraud—they reserve the right to cancel the deposit and charge the User for any processing costs incurred.
9.3 In instances where a deposit exceeds the amount of the bet placed, BATERY may, upon a withdrawal request, deduct all costs associated with processing those deposits and withdrawals from the User's balance.
9.4. Refunds
Generally, BATERY does not provide refunds. However, if funds were transferred in error or a deposit was made due to a security breach of a bank or e-wallet, the User must notify the company immediately. BATERY will respond to these claims within 72 hours. If the risk management team confirms the error, the funds will be sent back to the original payment source.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 180 days of the original transaction date.
To ask for a refund, please use the official channels listed on our website, such as the \"Contact Us\" page. You can also log in to your account and reach out to us directly via the live chat.
Whenever possible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit. In some cases, we may ask for ID verification before authorizing the payment. All refund requests are subject to final approval by management.
To verify your account, the Company may ask you to provide any of the following documents at their discretion:
10.1 BATERY may request further evidence or conduct additional screenings to confirm a player's identity. This may include submitting valid ID and proof of address, as well as completing photo or video selfie verifications. These checks are performed to comply with internal policies and legal regulations. Players agree to provide the requested information within 72 hours. BATERY reserves the right to limit or suspend account activity until these verification requirements are met to the company's satisfaction.
10.2 Before any payout is issued, our team will verify that the name, surname, date of birth, and other personal details match the account information. If any discrepancies are found, BATERY may refund all bets and refuse to pay out winnings unless the User can prove their identity and correct the data before placing further bets or requesting a withdrawal.
10.3 The verification process typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
10.4 The company may contact you via phone or video call to finalize the verification process or to clarify details regarding your account, gaming history, or payment transactions.
